Qu: Can I bring along some friends to watch?
Ans: Absolutely! Two or three spectators are not a problem, though in the longer sessions there may be instances where the singer may be returning to the studio for re-takes so could get a little boring for anyone watching! A book, newspaper or magazine may help! There is a reception area where spectators may help themselves to tea and coffee or Witham town centre is very close for shopping.

Qu: Can I take pictures and/or video?
Ans: No problem to take pictures or video from either in the control room or studio.

Qu: Do I need a Paypal account to buy vouchers online?
Ans: No, PayPal just provide the e-commerce store, you can use your credit or debit card with confidence.

Qu: Do I have to use you backing tracks or can I use my own?
Ans: You can use your own backing tracks if you bring them along on the day on CD or on a USB flash drive (memory stick).

Qu: What if the song I want to record is not on the list?
Ans: We will try to procure the song on your behalf from one of our suppliers. There will be a small charge of £5 for this service.

Qu: Do I have to sing to backing tracks as I play guitar and sing and would like to make a CD of me playing and singing.
Ans: That would be absolutely fine with the caveat that you may not get to record as many songs as you could if singing to backing tracks. It's your studio time to do whatever you like (within reason!)

Qu: I don't want a voucher, I just want to book the session. Is that OK?
Ans: Yes, just call us to make the booking. You can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card or even drop in (please call first!)
